Governor Scott has announced that as part of a phased restart to the Vermont economy, certain businesses and organizations may begin to resume operations. Effective April 20, 2020, our agents returned to the road, working to meet our clients’ needs and achieve their real estate goals. In recent weeks, due to the global pandemic, our agents have been working from home as in-person meetings and showings were temporarily restricted.
To protect our agents, clients and the community, we will continue to follow the guidelines recommended by the Vermont Department of Health and the CDC. We will be following recommended health and safety best practices and practicing social distancing, to minimize risk to agent and clients.
This is a very important time of year for real estate buyers and sellers. While there will be restrictions and protections to follow, we are excited to once again be able to offer in-person meetings for listing appointments, buyer consultations, and showings. We will continue to provide the highest level of service possible, and together, we will guide our clients through this new and changing landscape of real estate.
