How We Determine Pricing ▿

Pricing a home is the most sensitive and critical subject when evaluating a luxury property. The value is both intrinsic and real, but will speak to each buyer differently. We believe the responsibility of a premier Realtor is to understand the art to pricing and science of psychology. In today's market with ample demand and inflationary pressure increasing home prices, it is an opportune time for seller's to dictate how and where the potential bidding will begin. That said, each and every market has a ceiling and a floor. Pricing within these parameters is paramount to a successful marketing campaign, catering to the psychology of ready and able buyers.
