David brings more than 20 years experience in professional leadership, operational management, process improvement, innovation and customer service to The Malley Group.  With a Six Sigma background and a proven track record of building effective teams and delivering world class customer service, David joined The Malley Group in 2017 to lead the operations team and build the infrastructure for national expansion and the continued high quality support of our agents.​



Andrew joined forces with The Malley Group in July of 2016 as a listing specialist.  Harnessed with a deep base of tax knowledge and extensive experience in customer service, Andrew enjoyed guiding his sellers through the life changing experience of selling their home.  After closing nearly 55 sales in his first 12 months, Andrew accepted the position of Director of Lead Generation and Training and enjoys the opportunity working with The Malley Group agents and partners honing their real estate knowledge.  




Melanie is a graduate of the University of Vermont with a Bachelors degree in Merchandising, Consumer Studies and Design. Shortly after graduating college, Melanie became the owner of a small retail business where she excelled in marketing and merchandising. Her open and caring personality created a warm and inviting shopping experience for her customers, which helped the business flourish. Eventually, Melanie decided to use her natural flair for making the ordinary look extraordinary to help others with home renovations. She has redesigned and remodeled her own home, and helped many friends and family members with renovations to their homes in order to prepare for the real estate market. Melanie is excited to continue on this path and help each and every Malley Group client feel confident that their home looks its absolute best.​



Born and raised in Vermont, Joe spent most of his life helping his family run a variety of successful restaurants throughout Vermont and Massachusetts. Recently, he spent three years expanding the family bagel bakery in the Boston, Massachusetts area. Now back in the Green Mountain State, Joe is excited to use his deep knowledge of Vermont and its communities, as well as his passion and drive, to help people find their perfect home. 



Louise was born and raised in VT, she is a 1997 graduate of UVM with a Bachelor's of Science in Community Development and Applied Economics. Her passion for real estate began in 1998 when she bought a duplex in the Old North End of Burlington, VT, renovated and sold it 5 years later. Since then, she has assisted her parents in property managing their multi-family properties in Burlington, VT.  Louise is a former Licensed Nurse's Aide, and is also a nationally licensed massage therapist. 



Originally a native to Jamaica (the country, not to be confused with the small town in Southern Vermont), Dianne has been a Vermonter for 28 years. Prior to joining the Malley Group, Dianne owned her own small business while also raising her two daughters here in Vermont. She has discovered, through her own experiences, the value of understanding and honoring cultural differences, and has harnessed this practice as a tool to better serve her clients. Before starting a career in real estate, Dianne focused on community engagement in her role as a fitness instructor and Senior Program Director for the YMCA in Burlington.​



Claire combines her background in psychology with her passion for Real Estate. Having lived in the Burlington area for over a decade she brings her knowledge and love for Vermont to her work in helping home buyers find their ideal home.  Claire believes that having the right conversations is a key factor in successfully helping homebuyers choose the right home. It is through open communication and careful listening that she is able to develop a foundation of trust, and in turn create strong, long-term client-agent relationships.  



Paige was born and raised in Milton, Vermont, giving her a wealth of knowledge of the state and the different communities. Paige has spent her professional career in customer service, working in the banking and software industries. She possesses the perfect combination of skills to be a successful agent with outstanding communication and organizational skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail. Paige’s main priority for her client’s is making sure they find a home that fits their needs and their budget, always taking the time to not only ask questions, but listen to her client’s answers!

Her drive for success paired with a youthful enthusiasm makes her a dynamic asset to The Malley Group at Keller Williams Vermont. When not working with clients, Paige enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, reading,
golfing, and practicing yoga. One of her favorite spots is on the golf course, and spent some of her summers working at The Links at Lang Farm in Essex.



Karin has had a variety of experiences that have brought her to the apex of her career as CEO of the Vermont Team of the Malley Group. She was a teacher; an entrepreneur owner of a cottage industry that earned her television coverage; led
a sales team at a health club; was a newspaper reporter; and took her children to Mexico for a four-month experience where she wrote stories and was immersed in a new culture.

Everyone said she would be a great real estate agent so in 2004 she changed careers and joined RE/MAX North Professionals where she was first a part of a top producing two-person team and then worked independently with her husband Dave.

Next, Karin and Dave joined KW Vermont and Karin became the Managing Broker. Shortly after she became the Team Leader/CEO. After three years in that role she switched to Productivity Coach where she taught and coached new
agents and mentored the Northwestern Vermont Board of Realtors Rookie of the Year. As agents, Karin and Dave were consistently $8M to $10M producers.

Now Karin looks forward to using all of her professional experiences to help the members of the Vermont Malley Group exceed their personal goals and live all their dreams. By growing individual agents, she will grow the Malley Group into the #1 Vermont Team. The Malley Group offers the culture, training, vision and opportunity to take individuals and the Group to new heights. Karin is excited to be a part of their journey.



Meghan Gonyo was born and raised in the suburbs of New York City and currently lives in beautiful Shelburne, Vermont. She studied film, art, and design at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and moved back to New York after college,
where she built a successful career as a multimedia producer, senior recruiter, and talent manager in the creative industries in Manhattan. Meghan moved out of the city to raise her family and made a career change to real estate, which was a
natural fit and she embraced her passion for helping people as a buyer’s agent at a Westchester brokerage.

In 2016 Meghan moved with her young family to Vermont for a lifestyle change and since then, has enjoyed all that living here has to offer. Meghan continues to use her love of design and professional experience as a recruiter and real estate
agent to find clients their dream homes in Vermont.

As a Realtor®, Meghan has the unique ability to connect with clients at all stages of the home buying process and ensure that their experience is fulfilling and fun, too! She is dedicated to building lasting relationships and being a true partner to her clients.



Michele was born and raised in Central Vermont, where she met her future husband, marrying her high school sweetheart!  With strong family ties, they chose to stay in the area to raise their family of two children, Matthew and Jasmine.


Michele has been a Para-Educator with emotional needs children for many years and also previously owned a scrapbooking store. She decided to leave the school environment and pursue her goal of becoming a Real Estate agent.


When not serving her clients, Michele enjoys spending time with her family and animals. She volunteers at Animal Rescues and was previously a member of the local Altrusa chapter. She has a love of scrapbooking and preserving memories.
